The glamour model and former Big Brother contestant was scheduled to go on trial at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on Monday. She is charged of beating her partner Linda Olsen at Heathrow Airport on December 3, 2023.
According to reports, the claimed incident prevented an aircraft from London to Munich from taking off.
It is understood that the assault charge was dismissed because there was no longer a reasonable chance of a conviction due to changes in the evidence.
During a court hearing in April, the 58-year-old entered a plea of guilty to being intoxicated and disorderly, using threatening behavior, and harassing, alarming, or upsetting a police constable.
She will get a punishment for the two crimes in court on Monday.
Following the alleged confrontation on board the airplane, Fox reportedly spent the night in a police cell. These reports were made at the time.
