According to US media, Lauren Pisciotta claims in a complaint that the celebrity texted her pornographically and engaged in sexual acts with her over the phone.
She says she was let go in 2022, but she never received the $3 million (£2.4 million) severance pay.
The news of West’s claims reached out to her attorney, but as of yet, no response has been received.
After in the US broke the story first, Rolling Stone, The Wrap, and US Weekly all verified the case. According to US Weekly, court documents were filed on Monday.
The news has not been able to confirm the filing as of yet.
The documents state that in 2021, when Pisciotta first met West, she was mostly sustaining herself through her OnlyFans page.
She claims that when he hired her to work on the first season of his women’s fashion line, Yeezy, Pisciotta, and he collaborated on three tracks from his album Donda (though Pisciotta is not officially credited on the record).
After that, West employed Pisciotta as his personal assistant, paying her $1 million (£780,000) a year with the stipulation that she be accessible “24/7.” She claims that she accepted the terms.
