Amina Jatoi and her two children’s names had been ordered taken off the Exit Control List (ECL) by the interior secretary. The secretary had not followed the directives, according to the court.
The Interior Secretary was directed by the Sindh High Court to appear in court and provide a surety bond by October 4. The execution warrant has been delivered to the Islamabad police, who are expected to make sure the court’s directives are followed.
