First Lady Aseefa Bhutto Zardari urged the public to refrain from a “deadly” act of aerial firing on New Year’s Eve, which might transform celebrations into tragedies as the country prepares to welcome 2025.
In order to raise awareness among the public before the celebrations of the new year, President Asif Ali Zardari’s daughter, Aseefa, established two trends on X: #CelebrateResponsibly and #SayNoToAerialFiring.
A politician from the Pakistan Peoples Party said, “Remember to #CelebrateResponsibly as you welcome the New Year.”
“Aerial firing is not only careless; it is lethal.” “An innocent person could be killed by your stray bullet, transforming festivities into pointless tragedies,” she continued.
“Let everyone enjoy and celebrate the New Year in peace by choosing safety. #SayNoToAerialFiring,” she said.
