“After considering the further information and documents provided by the club in detail, the Premier League Board has concluded that it would not be appropriate or proportionate to continue to pursue the second part of their complaint,” stated a joint statement.
“The League and the club agree that this concludes any legal action from the League against the club over the PSR violations for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2022.
