PARACHINAR: The district administration reported Friday that a fourth convoy of relief supplies had arrived in Kurram, which has been plagued by violence.
In order to alleviate severe shortages in the crisis-affected region, the convoy’s vehicles are loaded with food, medicine, and other necessities. In addition, the convoy of 70 vehicles was transporting medicines, fruits, vegetables, flour, and sugar.
According to the sources, the district administration and police, in addition to the presence of security troops, supplied the convoy’s security.
Additionally, they stated that today would mark the start of the compensation distribution to Kurram victims.
As more than 100 villages in Upper and Lower Kurram have been under siege for more than three and a half months, the development occurs.
