As the ruling coalition prepares to present in Parliament this month, the Pakistan Peoples Party made public their draft of the proposed 26th constitutional amendment on Friday.
According to a copy of the proposed draft that Aaj News has access to, it would add two chapters to Part VII of the Constitution and two additional articles to the statute.
There was a proposal in it for the establishment of constitutional courts at the federal and provincial levels, as PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stated at various venues.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman claims that the JUI-F has also been informed about it.
