In the presence of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the Libyan Mufti, Sheikh Al-Sadiq Al-Gharyani, took part in an Islamic ritual at the Sulaymaniyah Mosque in the Turkish city of Istanbul. The Turkish Ibn Haldun University was responsible for organizing the event.
The Turkish President was reminded by the Libyan Mufti, during a conversation held outside the event on Friday, of the situation in occupied Palestine’s Gaza Strip and the responsibility of Muslim leaders there.
Additionally, he reminded Erdogan that Gazans are depending for “Mutassim’s chivalry to support them” and that it is his job to provide assistance.
It is significant that the Gaza Strip’s Ministry of Health declared Sunday to be the 107th day of Zionist onslaught.that 25,105 martyrs and 62,681 wounded people had been killed in the aggression, at a time when the occupation force and resistance are engaged in intense fighting in the central Gaza Strip.
