Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his party filed constitutional petitions and appeals in 2024, among other political cases, in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
The court issued important decisions in these cases and offered redress in face of harsh criticism.
In the cipher case, the court overturned the special court’s ruling and cleared the PTI founder and his principal aide, Shah Mahmood Qureshi. Additionally, it granted bail for the Toshakhana II (Bulgari set) and £190 million cases while suspending the sentences of the PTI founder and his wife, Bushra Bibi, in the Toshakhana I case.
The PTI founder’s petition to be disqualified for allegedly failing to disclose his daughter Tyrian White was denied.
