After the third umpire ruled a player from “Team 804” out on Friday, a brawl broke out between two teams at the Bajaur Sports Complex, leaving one man dead and three others, including police officers, injured.
Because of the violence, the match was later stopped. The incident happened during the Bajaur Cricket League’s last game.
Three people, including a deputy superintendent of police (DSP), were hurt during the confrontation and sent to the hospital for treatment, while one person passed away from his wounds.
Several onlookers were seen in the live video approaching and looting a room. Some of them fought with pipes and a cricket bat.
