In what was dubbed the 45th president’s final appeal to voters, Trump staged a sizable rally at Manhattan’s Madison Square Garden on Sunday night. Meanwhile, Harris made her final appeal in the nation’s capital on Tuesday at the Ellipse, which is situated just north of the National Mall and south of the White House.
Both candidates have maintained their intense attention on Pennsylvania, which is thought to be the state that would most likely decide the election’s final result, during their well-publicized closing arguments for the election season.
Tuesday’s event in Allentown, which is roughly 60 miles north of Philadelphia, and another campaign trip in the Delaware County suburbs of Philadelphia were on Trump’s itinerary this week. The campaign anticipates announcing more events in the state, including surrogate events, before Election Day, a campaign official told News on Tuesday.
