The friend in question claims that the Duke believes he had no choice during Megxit.
The friend was cited as stating, “The only option was to leave — for their sanity,” in an interview with People.
He stated, “I do believe they believed there would be less attention on them if they left this bubble.” At the end of the day, however, “this is the King’s son, working royal or not.”
