Lucy Hale is celebrating three years clean.
The Pretty Little Liars star reflected on her trip on Instagram on January 2.
Hale shared a photo of herself, a quote from Devi Brown that inspired her, and a screenshot of her sobriety tracker.
Hale thought back on her development and wrote, “damn,” in the caption. I started the process of remembering who I am three years ago today. I’ve had experiences since then that can only be characterized as outright magic and miracles.
She went on to say, “I am incredibly thankful every day—for the individuals who have been my beacons, for a force bigger than myself that loves me without conditions, and for my own tenacity in never giving up.
