Alling Strike Two, a combined military exercise between Indonesia and Pakistan that lasted for a week at the National Center for Counter-Terrorism in Pubi, has ended satisfactorily.
This was the two countries’ second joint attempt, according to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), to improve the counterterrorism capabilities of their armed forces.
Starting on September 8, Alling Strike Two was centered on training, information, and skill sharing between the Indonesian and Pakistani armed forces. The goal of the exercise was to improve both countries’ tactical skills and level of cooperation in the war against terrorism.
The 17 Division’s General Commanding Officer (GCO) was the principal guest at the closing ceremony, accompanied by Colonel Budi Vermin, the Indonesian Defense Attaché.
