According to sources, the PTI would no longer travel to Islamabad and other major towns and will instead focus on district-level rallies.
A significant PTI figure, Asad Qaiser, supported the new strategy.
“We are working on a plan for district-level protests, and the party spokesperson will make the announcement shortly,” Qaiser said.
Several ministers were enraged by the astronomical expenses and difficulties they faced during the protests in Islamabad and Lahore.
He also mentioned that other MPAs had expressed their concerns.
