Prince Harry has been defended by a royal expert after he made a lighthearted joke in response to a query concerning reports that him and Meghan Markle are divorcing while they work on separate projects.
At a literary event in New York, the Duke of Sussex was questioned about the rumors that he and the Duchess are divorcing.
“Apparently we’ve moved or bought a house ten or twelve times,” Harry joked, adding that we’ve also reportedly divorced ten or twelve times. Thus, it’s simply like, “What?”
The son of King Charles and the late Princess Diana, however, went on to say that it is “hard to keep up with” the frequent rumors.
