KARACHI: In the early hours of November 21, the Saudi Arabian aircraft that crashed at the Karachi airport thirteen years ago will be flown to Hyderabad via the National Highway.
The 60-ton, 160-foot airplane will be transported by the moving business using the longest trailer available, which is outfitted with German technology.
The plane will be flown to the Pakistan Aviation Authority’s (PAA) training center in Hyderabad via the Malir National Highway, which passes through Gharo and Thatta. Munir Alam, the project director, attested that the required no-objection certificates (NOCs) had been acquired from the appropriate authorities.
According to officials, the aircraft has been split into two sections to make the transfer easier and prevent traffic jams during the flight.
