The Pakistan Meteorological Department has forecast that the illness outbreak will end next month, despite the fact that hundreds of dengue cases are reported every day around the nation.
The Met Office made a statement that said, “Dengue is likely to subside in November but the next two weeks are still critical.”
According to PMD, given the current weather, the predicted seasonal outlook, and the trends of atmospheric variables, dengue incidence are projected to decrease next month.
Nonetheless, it stated that the next two weeks remain critical because the current meteorological conditions favor an atmosphere that is favorable for the vector-borne illness.
To address the current, the Met Office advised all concerned parties to take preventative measures.
