In order to address the current problems facing the nation—inflation, unemployment, poverty, and terrorism—Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari called for talks among the major parties on Sunday.
“Price hikes, unemployment, and poverty are troubling the people,” Bilawal stated during a lecture in Lahore titled “Bhutto Reference and History.” Apart from them, terrorism poses a threat to both the nation and its citizens.
“If politicians don’t communicate with one another, how can these issues be resolved?”
In his speech to the united Parliament, President Asif Ali Zardari conveyed a message of reconciliation, according to the PPP chairman, but it was regrettable that those opposed to it caused a fuss.
He went on, “This behavior was inappropriate in the parliament.”
The former foreign minister claimed that Benazir and Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, the two previous prime ministers, were in charge of educating his party.
“We should emulate those great leaders, and our character should align with their training.”
