WASHINGTON: According to Pakistani Ambassador to the US Masood Khan, India’s advancement will gain greater legitimacy if they maintain cordial ties with their neighbors.
The envoy counseled the neighboring country to make investments in economic connectivity, saying, “India’s preference should be neighbourhood first and it should be peaceful neighbourhood.”
During an interview with Tim Horgan of the World Affairs Council of New Hampshire for the podcast “Global in the Granite State,” Ambassador Khan stated these things.

Nonetheless, he pointed out that Pakistan had its own area of independence from the US, and “we want to use up that space in the economic and defense realms.”
