In the picture, Anushka is seen watching Virat play while a man is cradling a baby in the VIP stands.
Given how much attention the blue-clad child received, many people conjectured that this was Akaay’s first public appearance.
The child’s remarkable likeness to a young Virat Kohli prompted fans to swiftly respond on social media, with queries like “Is that Akaay?” and parallels to Virat’s early pictures circulating.
Reports have subsequently confirmed, though, that the child in the picture is actually another child who was in the VIP area and not Akaay.
