Several top-rated enterprises, including mortgage lending companies, CPA offices, recruiting agencies, and credit unions, have been named among the best places to work in the United States, according to USA Today.
These rankings are part of a larger effort that included surveys from Energage and USA TODAY.
To begin, the Top Workplaces USA awards recognize midsized and big firms, as well as those operating in many industries. Employer qualifying rules demand employers to have at least 150 employees.
Winners are picked based on ratings provided by employees via the Energage worker engagement survey, with organizations ranked based on survey results amassed over a 12-month period in 2023.
1. Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. is a Madison, Wisconsin-based mortgage lender.
2. Plante Moran is a certified public accounting and consulting business in Southfield, Michigan.
3. Aya Healthcare is a San Diego-based travel nursing staffing service.
4. New American Funding is a Tustin, California-based mortgage lender.
5. Mountain America Credit Union is headquartered in Salt Lake City.
Out of the 7,000 invited firms across the country, 2,227 actively engaged in the employer survey; moreover, 1,531 employers obtained these values through the survey procedure.
