Following a brawl, two males were reportedly shot yesterday at Fairmont and Holt Avenue in Fresno, California. According to US police, one of them later passed away in a hospital. Following the tragedy, a lot of individuals on social media conjectured that Goldy Brar, a Canadian mobster, was the person killed. Several news outlets have picked up the reports.
In response to the reports, the Fresno police department has since stated that they are “untrue”.
Lieutenant William J. Dooley reportedly responded to a question by saying, “If you are inquiring because of the online chatter claiming that the shooting victim is ‘Goldy Brar,’ we can confirm that this is not true,” according to news agency IANS.
