Under consular access, three representatives of the US Embassy in Islamabad met with Zahir Jafar, the murderer of Noor Muqaddam.
Zahir Jafar and the three US officials met at the deputy superintendent’s office.
Following their discussion, the US officers went back to Islamabad after asking several questions regarding the offender, Zahir Jafar.
It should be noted that Zahir Jafar, the guilty party in the Noor Muqaddam case, received a death sentence from the court for killing Noor Muqaddam.
Noor Muqaddam’s mother was a former diplomat as well.
