The government is consulting on the measures as part of its efforts to cut welfare spending and increase employment by decreasing spending.

However, just as it would be incorrect to ignore this expanding tendency, it would also be incorrect to just accept it because it is too difficult, too contentious, or out of concern about offending anyone.
