News has interviewed over 320 teachers from state, private, and special schools in the UK, all of whom have reported having been bullied at work. 119 of them claim to have signed non-disclosure agreements and to have received remuneration in the low thousands to tens of thousands of pounds.
According to calculations made by News, these teachers have received over £1.73 million in total compensation.
