KARACHI: Abdul Basit, who unfortunately died in a car accident on Sharea Faisal near Nursery a day earlier, is the owner of a severed human limb that was discovered from the wall of a domestic unit in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 19.
The deadly collision happened on Saturday night, according to police sources. Basit’s arm was separated from his body during the crash and was never seen again.
According to investigations, the limb stayed in the car that was involved in the collision, and the driver fled the scene with the body part still inside the car rather than stopping.
Investigators now believe the driver may have thrown the severed arm next to a residential apartment wall.
