Fashion designer Bryana “Bana” Bongolan filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles, claiming that the event occurred in 2016 when she was at the residence of Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, Mr. Combs’ ex-girlfriend.
It is the most recent in over two dozen cases that accuse Mr. Combs of a number of offenses, such as drugging, sexual assault, intimidating witnesses, and physical harm.
In addition, the music mogul faces federal allegations related to a sex trafficking and racketeering plot. He has refuted every accusation, including the most recent one.
On Tuesday, a spokesman told the BBC that he “remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless” and “firmly denies these serious allegations” in the latest case.
Ms. Bongolan claims that when Mr. Combs began, she was staying at Ms. Ventura’s residence.
