Advocate Mian Munib Tariq has been placed under arrest by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for recording and sharing video of an unruly incident in court.
To get a remand, the agency intends to bring him before the judge.
According to sources, the FIA would look into Advocate Zahid Mahmood Goraya’s possible participation in the incident.
Goraya may also be arrested if found guilty because the High Court earlier sentenced him to six months in prison and a punishment of Rs. 100,000 for a similar offense.
