PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari reportedly cited remarks made by President-elect Trump’s adviser and other US politicians when he questioned “why those who conspired against Pakistan are raising voice for PTI founder Imran Khan.”
“To combat the plot being hatched against us [Pakistan], we must unite.” Putting politics aside, we must consider Pakistan and its defense,” the PPP leader stated.
“The nuclear technology that Benazir and Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto gifted is being tarnished by them [international powers].”
“Statements are being issued from the US about our internal politics; these statements are just excuses,” the PPP chairman remarked, expressing frustration at “foreign interference” in Pakistan’s internal affairs.
