The choice was made on Wednesday while presiding over the Housing Department’s inaugural meeting at Chief Minister’s House in Peshawar.
Attending the meeting were the Chief Minister Amjad Ali Khan’s Special Assistant, Principal Secretary Ambar Ali Khan, Secretary Housing, Director General of the Provincial Housing Authority Imran Wazir, and other pertinent officials.
The chief minister of KP made the decision to ballot for the distribution of 500 plots that were previously available inside the various housing programs.
In addition, he gave the relevant authorities instructions to expedite the completion of the province’s ongoing housing schemes and residential apartment buildings. He also stated that the cabinet’s decisions regarding the provision of land for housing societies and apartment buildings should be put into effect right away and that appropriate locations should be found in the districts where housing societies are necessary.
