George Kittle of the San Francisco 49ers also got in on the fun.
With a team-high 128 yards on six receptions and a touchdown, Kittle helped San Francisco defeat the Dallas Cowboys 30–24 on “Sunday Night Football.” However, San Francisco’s situation wasn’t as straightforward as it first appeared.
The Cowboys reached the end zone first, so it wasn’t all 49ers at the beginning of this game. Early in the second quarter, Ezekiel Elliott broke the plane from one yard out to make it 7-3.
However, the second half was completely different for both teams from the beginning. After replacing the injured Jordan Mason, Isaac Guerendo scored from four yards out on the ground, and the 49ers were finally able to locate the colorful paint themselves on just five plays.
Then, as the seasoned quarterback tried to loft a throw to CeeDee Lamb down the left sideline, things began to go south for the Cowboys and Dak Prescott. To instantly return the ball to Brock Prudy and the offense, Deommodore Lenoir jumped and grabbed in an interception while maintaining his body in bounds.
