The tranquil Taaq beach in Gwadar, Ormara, has been transformed into a thriving refuge for Siberian migratory birds.
The shoreline is home to sizable flocks of species, including the Caspian Gull, Steppe Gull, and Black-headed Gull, which give the winter scenery a dash of untamed beauty.
These feathered visitors settle in different parts of Balochistan, such as Lasbela, Barkhan, and Musakhel, and migrate thousands of miles each year to avoid the Siberian cold. They occasionally even visit Hanna Lake in Quetta before making the lengthy trek to places like India.
Gwadar Department wildlife officials visited Taaq Beach to evaluate safeguards for the birds and make sure their habitat is safe.
