After entering a guilty plea to two charges of reckless endangerment, the I Had Some Help singer was also sentenced to seven days at an educational facility for driving under the influence.
On April 7, this year, the 31-year-old was arrested for hurling a chair from the roof of the six-story Chief’s bar, owned by fellow country music artist Eric Church. The seat fell on Broadway, one of Nashville’s main thoroughfares with clubs and music venues.
The two things that made Wallen most famous were his early success on the NBC show The Voice and his chart-topping song from his award-winning album One Thing at a Time, “Last Night.”
Chief’s was celebrating its debut weekend when the chair-throwing incident occurred.
