The entire nation paid tribute to the martyrs who gave their lives for the cause.
Sepoy Fayaz Ahmed was a valiant soldier who willingly faced martyrdom for the sake of Pakistan. Fayyaz Ahmed accepted martyrdom on January 24, 2012, while battling heroically against terrorists in Balochistan.
He was from Shikarpur, Sindh, and had left behind his mother, widow, and son.
Sepoy Fayaz Ahmed Shaheed’s family expressed great pride in their husband’s martyrdom.
“My husband cared deeply for me and our children. He had phoned his family two days before his martyrdom. My husband was killed in the line of duty while serving the country. “I found out that my husband had been martyred four days later,” she explained.
The wife of Sepoy Fayaz Ahmad stated, “I mourn him a lot. My husband wanted to be a martyr. I’ll educate my son and join the army to serve my country.”
Sepoy’s mother stated, “I was saddened by my son’s martyrdom, but happy that he was martyred.”
