Renowned PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah claimed on Monday that he and Imran Khan, the founder of the PTI, could lead the nation out of crisis together and extended a “reconciliation offer” to him.
His words were made at a time when the cash-strapped country was dealing with a number of issues at once, such as a rapid increase in terrorism and political and economic concerns.
The PML-N-led government has submitted a formal request to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for another bailout package, estimated to be between $6 and $8 billion, under the Extended Fund Facility (EFF), with the possibility of additional funding through climate financing, in an attempt to manage state affairs.
