The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) claimed on Thursday that security forces had eliminated four terrorists in two distinct intelligence-based operations that took place in districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on October 9 and 10.
According to the statement, on October 9, during an IBO in the Janikhel region of Bannu District, there was a fierce firefight that resulted in the deaths of two terrorists.
On October 10, security personnel successfully battled terrorists in the Hassan Khel area of the North Waziristan district. Two further terrorists were eliminated in the operation following a fierce battle.
According to the military’s media wing, weapons and ammunition were also found on the bodies of terrorists who had been killed but were still actively engaged in kidnapping and killing innocent citizens.
