Speaking candidly, Keke Palmer has discussed the negative aspects of “life in the spotlight.”
In an open interview with Self magazine, the 31-year-old performer claimed that being famous causes “everyone” to feel “lonely” and “alienated.”
“It is solitary. I deal with that by not focusing on myself,” Keke disclosed.
“I think about all the other people in the world who feel weird because if we take away all the glamour and all the specifics and uniqueness of what it means to be famous, it just means feeling weird,” the Nope star went on.
“Everyone feels incredibly estranged, in my opinion, and when we alienate other people, we feel even more alienated. And that’s what fame is all about,” she continued.
